Spacious, needing maintenance and an update.
This Nelson 46 cc, 14 meters, has recently been docked due to health issues of its owner.
It requires work on the engine which needs to be replaced, and sails that need to be refurbished or replaced.
The boat will need to be reviewed to check all its sailing capabilities (expertise).
The owner states:
"Considering the necessary work, I am fully aware that a significant price drop will need to be accepted.
My current situation does not allow me to carry out this work.
And I wish to sell quickly.
If you are capable of doing some of this work yourself, I think this boat is for you."
